Build for the Australian selling season

Choose the wearing conditions before the fabric weight.

An Australian release needs its own calendar and garment brief. Tell us the launch month, where your customers wear the collection and whether they want a standalone piece or a layer. Those choices guide fabric and fit development.

Warm-weather staplesCompare jersey weight, drape and opacity. Check the fit worn on its own, including the neckline and sleeve opening.Bring a tee reference and explain whether you want a structured body or a softer drape. We review suitable fabric options with the design.
Cooler-season layersLook at the fabric reverse, hood structure and room for layering. Weight alone does not describe the feel of a hoodie.Tell us whether the garment is an everyday layer or a substantial outer piece, and the Australian month it needs to arrive.
One brand, multiple marketsA collection selling in Australia and the northern hemisphere may need different release windows or fabric choices.List each intended release and receiving destination. We review the development and delivery scope before a production schedule is agreed.

Australia has varied climates. Plan around the customer and use of the garment rather than assuming one fabric weight suits the whole country.

Garments / Made to your specification

From warm-weather staples to cooler-season layers.

Choose the pieces that suit your customer and selling season. Fabric weight, breathability and layering proportions can be worked through together before you approve the sample.

Sample review / Before bulk approval

See how the garment works, inside and out.

Compare the fabric reverse

Use the sample to compare texture against the skin and the feel of the full garment. Discuss a loopback or brushed construction in relation to the layer you want to make.

Hoodie sleeve and shoulder construction for a fit review

Try the intended layers

Review sleeve room and body width over the clothing your customer will wear underneath. For a standalone tee, check the silhouette without that extra layer.

Balance artwork and handfeel

Judge the decoration on the chosen fabric, especially where a large graphic changes how the garment feels. Confirm placement and finish on the physical sample.

A clear next step

Your idea. A sample. A collection.

  1. 01

Set the season and arrival month

Share the garment ideas, Australian destination and the month stock must arrive. We discuss fabric direction, quantities and sample development.

  2. 02

    Feel and fit the sample

Simple samples typically take 10–18 working days after details are confirmed. Add time for sample freight, a wearing review and any revisions.

  3. 03

    Approve the run and shipment

Bulk typically takes 20–30 working days after sample approval. International shipping time is additional and confirmed for your Australian destination.

Quotation / Scope & arrival

Work back from stock arriving in Australia.

Set an in-hand date before the selling window. Your plan needs room for sample delivery, feedback, production and the final shipment, rather than treating factory completion as the launch date.

Give the actual destination

Share the Australian postcode and receiving address. Freight is estimated from the destination, quantities, carton weight and shipping method.

Budget for the whole project

Review development fees, bulk production, freight and responsibility for import charges. The quotation confirms the agreed scope and currency for your order.

Keep room for decisions

Sample revisions and a changed fabric can affect the schedule. Tell us which release date matters most so we can review feasibility before you commit to production.

Starting a small range? MOQ is 50 pieces per style and colour. Focus the initial colour split on the garments you are ready to develop and approve.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

Are your garments made in Australia?

Our garments are manufactured in Dongguan, China. We work with Australian brands on custom development and production, with delivery arrangements agreed for each order.

Can you develop lighter tees as well as heavyweight hoodies?

Yes. We discuss fabric weight, composition and handfeel for the intended garment. Share your references and intended season so the sample starts from the right specification.

Can I order a small first collection?

Our starting minimum is 50 pieces per style and colour. Send the styles and colour split you have in mind; we will check fabric and decoration requirements before confirming the order minimum.

What if I do not know the right fabric weight yet?

Start with a reference garment or describe how the piece should feel and where it will be worn. We can discuss fabric options during development; you review the selected material as part of the sample before approving bulk production.

What is included in shipping to Australia?

We confirm the shipping method and freight quote using your destination, quantities and shipment details. Responsibility for Australian import charges is agreed in the quote; do not assume those charges are included unless specified.
