Fabric / fit / finish

Define quality on the sample.

A heavier fabric or a complex graphic is only one part of the garment. Start with the feel, shape and finish your collection needs, then review them together on a physical sample.

Fabric & handfeel

Compare composition, weight, structure and drape. A hoodie may need a firm body and a soft interior; a tee may need a dry hand and a neckline that suits its proportions.

Fit & construction

Review shoulder drop, body length, sleeve volume and key measurements together. Use the sample to assess the silhouette, seam finish, hood shape and rib proportions.

Wash & decoration

Review wash shade, print handfeel, embroidery placement and trim details on the garment. The approved finish gives production a reference beyond a screen image.

Measurements, artwork position, label versions and finish references should be clear enough to compare against the garment.

Discuss tolerances, any testing or inspection requirements and the production updates you need before the order begins. Available photos and checkpoints are agreed for each project.

Confirm folding, label and hang-tag placement, polybags and any size identification required for the project.

Agree size ratios, carton quantities, marks and destination details. Coordinate the final handover with the shipping plan.

Before we make your sample

What makes custom streetwear feel premium?

The fabric, silhouette, construction and finishing need to support the same design. GSM alone does not establish quality: compare handfeel, drape, fit, seams and decoration on the physical sample before approving production.

Are measurements and special tests checked on every garment?

Every garment receives a basic appearance and workmanship check. Measurement checks, special tests, AQL sampling and third-party inspection are determined by the order and agreed inspection plan. Share your requirements before production.

Can I review a sample before bulk production?

Yes. New styles normally begin with a paid sample for fabric, fit, artwork and finish review. Approve the sample and agreed specifications before bulk production; sample charges and any revisions are quoted for the project.

What does Jiashun check before packing?

Checks can include measurements, stitching, artwork placement, trims, labels, surface result, folding, polybags, carton marks and buyer-specific packing notes.

Can Jiashun support export handover?

Yes. Jiashun can prepare packed orders for courier, air or sea freight handover depending on the buyer's shipping plan.

Do you send production photos?

Available photos and useful production checkpoints are agreed for each project before work begins.

Can you pack retail-ready?

Folded to spec, polybagged, hang-tagged, size-stickered and packed to your carton plan — tell us the retail requirement and it goes on the packing sheet.
