Pattern, cutting, sewing, decoration, QC and export run in-house under one process, so a 50-piece first run is made to the same standard as a full-season order.

Vintage and stone washes, distressing, hand-set rhinestones, chenille appliqué, embroidery and all-over prints stacked on one garment, then matched to the approved sample across the bulk run.

A US streetwear label came to us for its first small runs of boxy, cropped hoodies, tees and sweats. We cut its patterns and built heavier washes, distressing, hand-set rhinestones and appliqué into every new style, adding denim, flannels, jerseys and womenswear as the line grew. Today it releases new styles most weeks through its own retail stores, and every garment is still made on our floor.
