Your collection / Your specification

What can we make for your brand?

Choose the garment, then shape the fabric, fit and finish. Bring a sketch, reference garment or tech pack to start development.

Garments & collections

Tees, hoodies, sweatpants, joggers, shorts, denim, shirts, jackets and matching sets.

Develop individual styles or coordinate fabrics, fits and branding across a collection.

Fabrics & weight

Cotton, combed cotton and blends. Jersey, French terry, fleece, rib, denim and woven fabrics.

Choose lightweight or heavyweight options, with the handfeel, stretch and drape your garment needs.

Pattern & fit

Oversized, boxy, drop-shoulder, cropped, relaxed and wide-leg silhouettes.

Develop patterns from your references or measurements, then grade the approved fit across your size range.

Print, embroidery & embellishment

DTG, DTF, screen, puff, high-density and silicone prints. Flat, 3D puff and chenille embroidery.

Add appliqué, patches, rhinestones or studs. Plan artwork size and placement around your garment.

Washing, dyeing & distressing

Enzyme and stone washes, garment dye, acid-wash and tumbled colour effects, sprayed fading and dirty-look finishes.

Develop worn-in colour, abraded edges, distressed areas and cut-outs, with the effect agreed on a sample.

Labels, packaging & trims

Main, size and care labels, woven tabs, hang tags and custom packaging.

Coordinate zips, buttons, snaps, drawcords and other hardware with your design and packing requirements.

Develop faded tones, abraded edges and cut-out details for a worn-in finish. Shape the wash effect and distressing placement around your design.
Raw-edge appliqué & studs
Frayed fabric lettering creates a layered surface, with metal studs adding contrast to the soft fabric and distressed edges.

Customer story / US streetwear brand

From first drops to its own stores.

A growing brand. A continuing manufacturing partnership.

A US streetwear label started with small runs of boxy, cropped hoodies, tees and sweats. We developed its patterns and added washes, distressing, rhinestones and appliqué, then denim, flannels, jerseys and womenswear as the range grew. The brand went on to sell through its own stores and continued manufacturing with Jiashun.

Sampling, quantities & timing

A useful first brief can be a short style list, reference images and a quantity breakdown. Add the details as the project is defined; do not leave them unresolved at sample approval.

Sample development is paid and quoted by project. Simple samples typically take 10–18 working days after details are confirmed, with additional time for shipping and revisions.

Bulk production typically takes 20–30 working days after sample approval, depending on the project. Add transport and warehouse receipt to the overall schedule.

Plan delivery to your Belgian receiving location.

Tie the production plan to the address where the stock will actually be received. Keep warehouse instructions and the commercial scope in the same order discussion.

Studio, shop or warehouse
Send the full address, postcode and recipient in Belgium. Include delivery booking or carton labelling instructions from your receiving partner.

Packing by style
If you need cartons or labels organised by style, size or a particular receiving process, share the specification early so it can be reviewed and quoted.

Agreed shipment scope
Review the garment cost, development, decoration, labels and packing separately from freight. Confirm the delivery terms and responsibility for import charges for that shipment.

Shipping options, costs and transit estimates are confirmed for the destination and order size. Additional destinations require their own agreed arrangements.

A few useful answers.

Is Jiashun a factory in Belgium?

Our factory is in Dongguan, China. We develop and manufacture custom clothing for Belgian brands, with delivery reviewed for the receiving address.

Can I divide 50 pieces across several designs?

The starting minimum is 50 pieces per style and colour, subject to fabric and decoration requirements. Different garments or colours have separate minimums.

Can I start without a complete tech pack?

Yes. Send sketches, measurements or garment references and your quantity plan. We clarify the specification needed to develop and quote the sample.

Can the collection use different label versions?

Provide the final text and artwork for each version and identify the garments and quantities it applies to. We review the requirements before quoting and approval.

Can you deliver to my fulfilment partner in Belgium?

Share the full delivery address and any booking, carton or labelling instructions. We review shipping and packing requirements before confirming the order.
