Jiashun / Made for your brand
Custom streetwear manufacturer for UK brands.
Create the garment behind your label. Work directly with our Dongguan factory on custom patterns, fabrics and finishing, from a first reference to an approved sample and a production run for your UK collection.
Your fit. Your fabrics. Your label.

Choose your manufacturing route
How much of the garment do you want to design?
For a UK label comparing suppliers, the first decision is the product itself. Decorating an existing garment and developing a custom silhouette involve different choices. Jiashun focuses on custom cut-and-sew production in Dongguan, China.
| What you want to change | The route to consider | Where Jiashun fits |
|---|---|---|
| Only the logo | If an existing garment already has the fit and fabric you want, decorating a stock blank may suit the project. | Our core service is developing garments for your specification. Share the reference if you want to change the body, fabric or construction too. |
| The fit and fabric | Custom cut-and-sew lets the pattern, fabric, neckline, sleeves and finish become part of your design. | We review your reference or measurements, develop the sample and refine it with you before bulk approval. |
| A complete capsule | Treat every style and colour as a separate production decision, even when garments share branding. | Send the lineup together. We review the relationship between fabrics, colours, decoration and quantities across the range. |
MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style and colour. For example, one hoodie in two colours starts at 100 pieces in total, subject to the fabric and decoration requirements.
Discuss my project ↗Garments / Made to your specification
A collection that feels like one brand.
Connect your hero garment with everyday pieces through proportion, colour and fabric handfeel. Bring a finished tech pack or a few references—we can start the development conversation with either.

Heavyweight foundations
Build hoodies around the structure you want: a substantial hood, dropped shoulder, cropped body or a more relaxed silhouette.

T-shirts with a defined fit
Refine the collar, sleeve and body proportions so your core tee feels intentional on its own or under a layer.

Details people notice
Bring embroidery, textured artwork and labels into the sample process. Check how the finish works on your chosen fabric.
Sample review / Before bulk approval
Make bespoke visible in the sample.

Set the proportions
Compare the shoulder, sleeve and body length against your reference garment. Confirm the measurements behind your size names so a cropped body or dropped shoulder is deliberate.

Choose the fabric character
Look at the reverse, surface and drape together. A loopback interior and a brushed finish create different garment experiences; discuss the feel you want before approving the fabric.

Review the branding as a whole
Judge artwork size and texture alongside the garment. Include label placement, trims and packing in the agreed specification so the finished piece carries one consistent identity.

A clear next step
Your idea. A sample. A collection.
- 01
Define the collection
Start with a reference, sketch or tech pack. We review what must be developed, the quantity by style and colour, and your UK delivery destination.
- 02
Review the physical sample
Simple samples typically take 10–18 working days after details are confirmed. Check fit, handfeel, construction and branding, then confirm revisions.
- 03
Confirm the bulk specification
Production typically takes 20–30 working days after sample approval. Shipping to the UK and any further development need additional time.
Quotation / Scope & arrival
Factory-direct production, with UK delivery planned in.
You work with our team in China on development and manufacturing. Set out the delivery destination and commercial scope at the start so you can compare the full project with the other options you are considering.
Keep the quote comparable
Check the sample fee, fabric and garment specification, decoration, labels and packing. Sample development and bulk production are quoted separately.
Name the receiving location
Give the full UK destination and postcode, including whether delivery is to Great Britain or Northern Ireland, so the shipment can be reviewed for that address.
Agree the delivery scope
Freight, responsibility for import charges, currency and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation. Share any receiving or packing requirements before the bulk specification is final.
Need the collection for a shop launch or event? Give both the event date and the earlier date you need the stock in hand.

Before you start
A few useful answers.
Where will my clothing be manufactured?
Jiashun manufactures in Dongguan, China. This service is for UK brands looking to work directly with an overseas factory on custom streetwear.
Do you offer bespoke clothing or only printed blanks?
We offer custom development, including patterns, fabrics, garment construction and decoration. You can develop your own silhouette rather than limiting the project to a logo on a stock blank.
What is the minimum order for a UK collection?
Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces per style and colour. Minimums apply to each style and colour, rather than to the combined collection. We confirm any fabric or decoration constraints with your quote.
Do I need a complete tech pack to enquire?
No. Reference images, a sketch or an existing garment can start the conversation. A tech pack helps if you have one; we will discuss the measurements, materials and artwork needed before sampling.
Can I compare sample and bulk costs before proceeding?
Yes. New styles normally use a paid development sample, quoted separately from the bulk run. Share the designs, quantities and target budget so we can review the specification and set out the sample scope, production price and payment terms.
