Jiashun / Made for your brand
Custom streetwear manufacturer for US brands.
Build your next drop with your own fit, fabric and finish. Our Dongguan factory develops custom hoodies, tees and denim for US brands, with a physical sample to approve before bulk and delivery planning around your destination.
Your fit. Your fabrics. Your label.

Plan your US launch
Your launch date starts with an arrival date.
A finished production run still needs to reach you. Tell us when stock must be in hand in the United States, alongside your launch date, so we can review the sample, production and shipping stages together.
| Your next milestone | Decide before production | How it shapes the project |
|---|---|---|
| First release | Choose the lead garment, colors and quantities. Keep the sample review separate from your public launch date. | Start with a paid development sample. Use it to settle fit, fabric and artwork before ordering the run. |
| Stock arriving in the US | Give us the delivery ZIP code, receiving address and the date stock needs to be available. | Review international freight alongside factory timing. If a warehouse receives the goods, share its packing requirements for review. |
| A repeat drop | Identify what stays the same and what changes: size split, color, fabric or artwork. | We review material availability and the new quantity against the approved specification before confirming a repeat order. |
Planning a shoot before launch? Mention the date in your enquiry so the sample requirement is considered separately from the bulk delivery.
Discuss my project ↗Garments / Made to your specification
Build a drop around your strongest pieces.
Start with a signature style, then bring the rest of the collection into the same design language. We help turn your references into fabric, pattern and finishing choices.

Hoodies with presence
Dial in the body width, hood shape and fabric weight. Add a wash or artwork that gives the piece its own character.

Tees beyond a logo
Build the silhouette around your brand: neck rib, sleeve length, drape and print placement all make a difference.

Denim that completes the drop
Develop the cut, wash and decorative details alongside your tops for a collection that feels considered.
Sample review / Before bulk approval
Approve the fit your customers will buy.

Measure the garment, not the size name
A size M alone does not define an oversized fit. Set chest width, body length and sleeve measurements, mark inches or centimeters clearly, and review the sample on your intended fit model.

Check the inside as well as the weight
Look at the fabric face, reverse and drape together. The same weight can feel different across constructions; the physical sample lets you judge the garment your customer will wear.

Sign off artwork on the garment
Review placement, scale and texture on the actual fabric. Keep approved measurements and artwork versions together so the bulk run has one clear reference.

Factory / Dongguan, China
From the sample room to the sewing floor.
The specification you approve connects development to production: pattern, fabric, measurements, decoration and finishing. Our team makes the sample and manufactures the garments in Dongguan.

A clear next step
Your idea. A sample. A collection.
- 01
Review the drop
Send the styles, approximate quantities, US destination and required arrival date. We review the design and quote the sample scope.
- 02
Sample and refine
Simple samples typically take 10–18 working days after details are confirmed. Allow time to receive, try and revise the garment.
- 03
Approve, produce, deliver
Bulk typically takes 20–30 working days after sample approval. Freight to the US is an additional stage, confirmed for the shipment.
Quotation / Scope & arrival
A factory quote you can plan a US drop around.
Compare the complete project, from developing the sample to receiving the finished garments. A garment unit price alone does not describe the cost of getting your collection ready to sell.
Development and production
Sample development is quoted separately from bulk. Fabric, construction, artwork, washes, labels and packing shape the production quote.
Your receiving destination
Share the US ZIP code and quantities. Shipping is estimated using the destination, carton weight and chosen method; any warehouse instructions need to be reviewed before packing.
What the quote includes
Confirm freight and responsibility for import charges alongside the payment schedule and currency. We agree those details for your project before you proceed.
Bring your target budget as well as the design. We can discuss the specification and scope before you pay for development.

Before you start
A few useful answers.
Are you a streetwear manufacturer based in the USA?
Our factory is in Dongguan, China. We work directly with US clothing brands on custom development and production, with shipping arrangements confirmed for each order.
Can I split 50 pieces across several designs?
The starting minimum applies to each style and color, not the order total. A tee and a hoodie are separate styles. Send your proposed size and color breakdown so we can confirm the minimum for the actual fabric and decoration.
Can you make my own fit instead of using a stock blank?
Yes. We can develop custom patterns from your measurements, tech pack or reference garment. The physical sample is where you review proportions and approve the fit.
Can I reorder the same style with a different size split?
Send the previous approved specification and the new quantities by size and color. We review material availability, any design changes and current production timing before confirming the repeat run.
How is delivery to the United States quoted?
Share your delivery ZIP code and planned quantities. We confirm the shipping method, freight cost and responsibility for import charges in your project quote before you commit.
