Your collection / Your specification

What can we make for your brand?

Choose the garment, then shape the fabric, fit and finish. Bring a sketch, reference garment or tech pack to start development.

Garments & collections

Tees, hoodies, sweatpants, joggers, shorts, denim, shirts, jackets and matching sets.

Develop individual styles or coordinate fabrics, fits and branding across a collection.

Fabrics & weight

Cotton, combed cotton and blends. Jersey, French terry, fleece, rib, denim and woven fabrics.

Choose lightweight or heavyweight options, with the handfeel, stretch and drape your garment needs.

Pattern & fit

Oversized, boxy, drop-shoulder, cropped, relaxed and wide-leg silhouettes.

Develop patterns from your references or measurements, then grade the approved fit across your size range.

Print, embroidery & embellishment

DTG, DTF, screen, puff, high-density and silicone prints. Flat, 3D puff and chenille embroidery.

Add appliqué, patches, rhinestones or studs. Plan artwork size and placement around your garment.

Washing, dyeing & distressing

Enzyme and stone washes, garment dye, acid-wash and tumbled colour effects, sprayed fading and dirty-look finishes.

Develop worn-in colour, abraded edges, distressed areas and cut-outs, with the effect agreed on a sample.

Labels, packaging & trims

Main, size and care labels, woven tabs, hang tags and custom packaging.

Coordinate zips, buttons, snaps, drawcords and other hardware with your design and packing requirements.

Customer story / US streetwear brand

From first drops to its own stores.

A growing brand. A continuing manufacturing partnership.

A US streetwear label started with small runs of boxy, cropped hoodies, tees and sweats. We developed its patterns and added washes, distressing, rhinestones and appliqué, then denim, flannels, jerseys and womenswear as the range grew. The brand went on to sell through its own stores and continued manufacturing with Jiashun.

Sampling, quantities & timing

MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style and colour, subject to fabric and decoration. One tee in two colours starts at 100 pieces; a hoodie and trousers are separate garments.

Compare fit, fabric and labels on a physical garment. Allow separate time for courier transit and any revisions.

Approve the garment specification, label files and receiving instructions, then confirm the production schedule and freight quotation.

Separate factory completion from arrival in Canada.

A finished collection still needs transport and a receiving plan. Review these details together before setting a firm launch date.

Receiving details
Provide the full address, province, postal code and contact. Share warehouse booking, carton-mark and packing instructions if required.

Quote currency and scope
Confirm the invoice currency and which items cover garments, labels, packing and freight. Import charges and delivery responsibilities must be explicit.

Sample and bulk destinations
Tell us if your sample goes to a studio while bulk goes to a fulfilment partner. Quote each shipment against its own address and requirements.

Shipping options, costs and transit estimates are confirmed for the specific order. No automatic CAD pricing or tax-inclusive shipping is assumed.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

Are the garments manufactured in Canada?

No. Jiashun manufactures in Dongguan, China, for Canadian brands. Sampling, production and delivery to your Canadian address are reviewed as separate stages.

Can I order 50 pieces across several colours?

The starting minimum is 50 pieces per style and colour. Two colours of one tee therefore start at 100 pieces, subject to material and decoration requirements.

Do all Canadian collections need heavyweight fleece?

No. Tell us the intended season, wearer and use. Compare the fabric construction and sample fit for that brief instead of choosing weight from the country name alone.

Can you prepare English and French label artwork?

Send the final wording and artwork approved by your brand or importer. We can review label construction, placement and production with you; the applicable wording must be settled before labels are made.

Can my sample and bulk order go to different Canadian addresses?

Yes, share both addresses and their receiving instructions for review. Each shipment needs its own transport and cost confirmation.

Are customs charges included in the quote?

Only when the agreed quotation explicitly includes them. Confirm the invoice currency, freight, delivery terms and responsibility for import charges before accepting the order.

Let’s make it real

Tell us what your Canadian release needs.

Send the garment references, quantity per style and colour, release month, label requirements and Canadian delivery postal code. Include the sample address if it differs from bulk.
