Custom Men's Jacket Manufacturer

Jiashun is a one-stop custom jacket manufacturer in Humen, Dongguan. MOQ starts at 50 pieces; the final minimum and colorway breakdown are confirmed after project review, samples ship in 10-15 working days, and bulk production takes 20-30 working days after sample approval — shell fabric, lining, trims, decoration, washing and export handled in one factory.

One factory from spec sheet to finished outerwear

Jackets carry more construction decisions than any other streetwear piece — shell fabric, lining, zippers, snaps, pockets, wash. Send a tech pack, reference jacket or detailed photos and our team reviews every one of those choices before issuing a formal quotation after sufficient project details are confirmed. We are a 3,000 m² cut-and-sew factory backed by 10+ years of clothing design and production experience, building denim jackets, workwear silhouettes, bombers and washed streetwear outerwear for independent brands.

Jacket programs almost always start with a paid sample, because lining, trims and pocket construction need physical review before bulk. Project-specific production updates and checkpoints are agreed before work begins.

Custom Jackets

Production notes

Lining
Lining choice changes drape, warmth and cost. We quote shell and lining as separate line items so the trade-off stays visible.
Hardware
Snaps, zips and eyelets are confirmed on the trim sheet and the physical sample — hardware swaps after approval restart sampling.
Wash
Denim and twill jackets can be washed as finished garments; wash development runs on the sample so bulk follows an approved standard.

From brief to delivered goods

  1. 01

    Design review and quote

    After project review

Send your tech pack, reference jacket or construction photos by form, email or WhatsApp. We review shell fabric, lining, trims, decoration and wash direction, flag any open construction decisions, and reply with a formal quotation after sufficient project details are reviewed.

  2. 02

    Sample development

    10-15 working days

Samples take 10-15 working days; pricing and delivery are confirmed after project review. The sample carries the real shell, lining, hardware and branding, so every construction call gets checked on a physical garment.

  3. 03

    Sample review and revisions

    Your pace

Check fit, weight, zipper action, pocket placement and wash tone on the physical jacket. If a trim, panel or measurement is off, we adjust the pattern or spec and re-photograph or re-sample before anything moves to bulk.

  4. 04

    Bulk production

    20-30 working days

Bulk starts after sample approval and material confirmation, with MOQ starting at 50 pieces and the final minimum confirmed after project review. Project-specific production updates and checkpoints are agreed before work begins.

  5. 05

    QC, packing and shipping

    Confirmed by destination

Every jacket is checked over trims, lining and stitching, then packed to your labels, polybags and carton marks. Shipping options, timing, cost, and trade terms are confirmed for the project and destination.

What we build, in detail

Shell fabric and lining

Denim, cotton twill, nylon and fleece-backed builds cover most streetwear outerwear briefs. We source shell and lining against your reference garment or handfeel target, and confirm weight, drape and construction direction on the sample before bulk.

Construction and trims

Zippers, snaps, buttons, pocket layout and lining choices define how a jacket wears and what it costs. We walk through every trim during design review, price the options, and lock the full build on the physical sample.

Decoration

Embroidered back pieces, chest hits, patches, appliqué and printed panels are routine jacket work — combined on one garment when the design calls for it. Artwork is checked against panel placement and fabric before quoting so the method holds up in production.

Wash and finish

Stone wash, enzyme wash and vintage fade effects on denim and twill jackets are developed per design. Washed outerwear varies piece to piece by nature, so we lock the tone and fade level on a sample before bulk.

Pick the build first

Each jacket family carries its own construction logic and cost base. A varsity is a decoration platform — chenille, patches and appliqué on a melton body. A coach jacket is a light, print-friendly shell. A bomber is a padded construction piece. Deciding the build first makes every later choice — fabric, lining, hardware, decoration — quotable in one pass.

Jacket builds we run

Cut-and-sew jacket production with MOQ starting at 50 pieces and the final minimum confirmed after project review. Shell, lining, trims and decoration are specced per build.

Details to define before sampling.

  • Varsity, coach, bomber, trucker, chore and windbreaker builds
  • Shells from melton wool blends to 12-14 oz denim and nylon
  • Quilted, satin or mesh linings with custom label placement
  • Snaps, zips and hardware finished to your trim sheet
  • Chenille, embroidery, appliqué, patches, prints and heavy washes

Best fit for these buying scenarios.

  • Brands building a first outerwear piece around a hero design
  • Varsity programs — labels and collabs with letter and patch packages
  • Denim jacket drops that need real wash development, not stock washes
  • Capsule collections pairing a jacket with hoodies and tees from one factory

Built for repeat programs, not one-off orders

  • One factory owns pattern, cutting, sewing, decoration, QC and export under one roof.
  • Construction decisions are priced and flagged during design review, so the quote you approve reflects the jacket you actually want.
  • Project-specific production updates and checkpoints are agreed before work begins.
  • Payment methods and terms are confirmed in the formal quotation and invoice.

Questions before sending a brief

What is the MOQ for custom jackets?

MOQ starts at 50 pieces. The final minimum and colorway breakdown depend on the product, fabric, wash, construction, and customization, and are confirmed after project review.

How much does a jacket sample cost?

Sample pricing and delivery are confirmed after project review.

How long does jacket production take?

Samples take 10-15 working days. Bulk production takes 20-30 working days after sample approval and material confirmation. Delivery timing is confirmed by destination and shipping method.

Can you make denim jackets with custom washes?

Yes — stone wash, enzyme wash and vintage fade effects are developed per design. Wash outcome depends on fabric and construction, so we lock the exact tone on a sample before bulk.

Do I need a full tech pack for a jacket?

A detailed spec helps because jackets carry lining, trims and construction decisions, but it is not required. Send a reference jacket or photos and we build the missing specs with you during design review.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods and terms are confirmed in the formal quotation and invoice for each project.

Can you make varsity jackets with leather sleeves?

PU sleeves are the standard for streetwear varsity builds — they read right, cost less and handle weather better. Genuine leather is quoted case by case against the spec. Either way the letter, patch and appliqué package is confirmed on the physical sample.

How does jacket sampling differ from hoodies or tees?

More components: shell, lining, trims, hardware and decoration each get confirmed. The sample window is the same 10-15 working days, but expect more spec decisions up front — our design review lists every choice before sampling starts so nothing is guessed.

What should I ask a jacket manufacturer before ordering?

Ask which builds the factory actually runs — a varsity with PU sleeves, a quilted coach jacket and a denim trucker are three different production setups. Jacket makers that quote without asking about hardware, lining or decoration usually re-quote later; our design review lists every component before the price is final.
