Thread stitched over foam gives bold lettering a sculpted profile. Develop the shape, height and covered edges on a sample of the intended garment fabric.
Chenille embroidery
Soft yarn pile gives varsity letters and larger emblems their texture. We develop the border, backing and direct or patch construction for your garment.
Patches & appliqué
Add a defined badge or cut fabric shape to hoodies and jackets. Choose the edge finish and attachment, then check how the decorated area moves and feels.

Do you offer both 3D puff and chenille embroidery?
Yes. We develop foam-backed 3D puff embroidery and chenille treatments for custom clothing. Share the artwork, intended size, garment and quantity; we confirm the construction and sample plan for your design.
Can embroidery be added to hoodies and jackets?
Yes. Hoodies, jackets, tees, pants and sets can be reviewed for embroidery placement, but final feasibility depends on fabric and artwork complexity.
Is a sample needed before bulk embroidery?
Yes. Review a physical sample for artwork, thread colour, backing, placement and comfort before approving bulk embroidery.
Patch or direct embroidery — how do I choose?
Choose a patch for a distinct badge with its own border and backing, or direct embroidery for artwork stitched into the garment. Compare appearance, comfort, attachment and project pricing on the intended fabric.
Can you reproduce fine detail and gradients in thread?
Fine gradients need adaptation — thread is not ink. We flag what translates directly and what needs redrawing at design review, and the physical sample settles it.
