The shirts streetwear brands actually sell — brushed flannels, boxy camp collars, corduroy button-ups, canvas overshirts — are construction pieces, not dress shirts. Fabric, collar shape, pocket layout, buttons and fit carry the design. We run these as cut-and-sew programs alongside the tees, fleece and denim we produce for the same brands: send your reference and get a formal quotation after sufficient project details are reviewed, with no obligation. Most shirt programs start with a paid sample. Pricing is confirmed after project review; you approve fabric, collar, buttons and fit on a physical garment before bulk starts, and project-specific production updates are agreed before work begins.

- Woven fabrics behave differently from jersey — drape, shrinkage and collar behavior are confirmed on the physical sample, not assumed.
- Trims
- Buttons, snaps and thread colours are locked on the trim sheet with the sample; trim swaps after approval restart sampling.

- Collar and placket press standards are set by the approved sample and checked piece by piece at final QC.

What we build, in detail
Collar and construction
Camp / cuban collars for boxy summer shirts, button-down collars for cleaner staples, and workwear collars on canvas builds. Collar shape, front placket and pocket layout are pattern decisions we lock at design review.
Decoration
Chest and back-yoke embroidery, all-over prints on camp shirts, patches and appliqué on overshirts. Woven fabrics take embroidery especially well — placement and density are proofed on the sample.
Wash and finish
Garment wash for a softer hand, enzyme finishes on flannel and corduroy, and vintage effects on canvas. Wash development runs on the sample so bulk follows an approved standard.

Can you do all-over prints on camp shirts?
Yes — printed fabric is sourced or printed to your artwork, and pattern pieces are cut for placement. The sample proves the repeat and placement before bulk.
