Sweatpants and joggers run in the same 350-500 gsm fleece and French terry as our hoodies, so matching sets share weight and handfeel. Cargo and woven bottoms use cotton twill and blends sourced against your reference — all confirmed on the sample before bulk.
Jogger, straight, relaxed, baggy or cargo — we translate your reference garment or size chart into a production pattern, with rise, taper and inseam locked on the physical sample where you can actually judge them.
Elastic waist, drawcords, fly construction, side pockets, cargo pockets and back-pocket layout drive both comfort and cost. We confirm each of these during design review and lock the full build on the sample.
Thigh and pocket embroidery, screen print, puff print, patches and woven labels are planned against fabric and placement before quoting. Branding details are checked on the sample alongside the fit.
