Garment dyed
Colour developed on the sewn garment.
Plan the body fabric, rib, sewing thread and trims together. Your sample confirms how each component takes the colour and how the garment feels after finishing.

02 / Build the whole garment
The finish belongs
with the fabric and fit.
Bring the whole design into the brief. A fabric swatch alone cannot show how a sewn garment, its rib, artwork and trims will respond.
Hoodies & sweatshirts
Check the body and rib together: shade, handfeel, cuff recovery and measurements after finishing. Include drawcords and any zip in the sample plan.
T-shirts & jersey
Review the neckline, side-seam alignment and finished dimensions. Match the artwork sequence to whether the graphic should look crisp or aged.
Denim & woven garments
Specify seam contrast and edge wear alongside the overall shade. Check pockets, hardware and stitching on the finished sample.

Before we make your sample
Can you wash or dye garments that I supply?
No. Washing and garment dyeing are available as part of a complete Jiashun garment-production order. We do not accept customer-supplied garments for finishing alone.
Can I start with a photo instead of a finished tech pack?
Yes. Send your garment and effect references, quantity per colour and delivery requirements. We review the missing fabric, fit, artwork and trim details before confirming a quotation and sample plan.
What is the MOQ for washed clothing?
MOQ is 50 pieces per style, per colour, including washed styles. We review the proposed fabric, finish and components to confirm whether the design is feasible.
Can you match the exact wash in my reference?
A reference sets the direction. The original fabric and dye may differ from those used for your garment, so the final colour, contrast, handfeel and acceptable variation are approved on a physical sample. An exact match cannot be promised from a photograph.
Can washed garments also have printing or embroidery?
Yes. Include the artwork and placement in the brief. Decoration before finishing is exposed to the treatment; decoration afterwards must suit the finished garment. We agree the sequence and check the combined result during sampling.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Simple samples typically take 10–18 working days after project details are confirmed. Complex finishes can take longer. Bulk production typically takes 20–30 working days after sample approval and deposit; shipping is additional. Timing is confirmed for the project.
