Private Label Clothing Manufacturer — Your Brand, from 50 Pieces

Private label means the garment leaves the factory as your product: your woven labels, your hang tags, your packaging, on a garment built to your spec. Jiashun runs private label programs for men's streetwear brands with MOQ starting at 50 pieces and the final minimum confirmed after project review, with samples in 10-15 working days.

The branding package rides inside the garment order — labels, tags and packing are specced on the same trim sheet, approved on the same sample and checked in the same final QC. One factory, one standard, no vendor triangle. Whichever private label clothing manufacturer you choose, insist the sample arrives carrying the real labels.

How it works

The numbers behind the promise.

What private label covers here

A custom-made garment — your fit, fabric and decoration — finished as your retail product: woven or printed neck labels, size and care labels, hem tags, hang tags with your artwork, polybags and carton marks. Not a logo stitched onto a bought blank; a product that exists only under your brand.

Private label vs white label

White label is a stock garment many brands can sell under different names. True private label is built to your spec and sold only by you. The line matters: white label is faster and cheaper but defensible by nobody. If white label serves you better right now, blanks plus relabeling is cheaper.

The branding package, piece by piece

Neck label (woven for texture, printed for softness), care and content label (legally required and market-specific), hem or sleeve tag, hang tag and string, polybag with size sticker, and carton marks for logistics. Each is a spec line with artwork, material and placement — all confirmed on the trim sheet and the physical sample.

Labels are production items, not stationery

Labels have their own small minimums from the label workshop, absorbed comfortably inside a 50-piece garment run. They also have real constraints: fine gradients do not weave, care wording differs by import market, and label placement affects comfort on heavyweight collars. This is why the package is engineered with the garment, not ordered separately afterwards.

From one labeled product to a labeled line

The first program locks your label artwork, materials and placements as a reusable standard. Every following style — tees after hoodies, denim after tees — carries the same package without re-development. That consistency across a growing line is most of what makes a small brand look established.

Why brands stay

Built for the first order and the fiftieth.

  • Garment and branding package produced under one roof — one trim sheet, one sample, one QC standard.
  • Real private label: garments built to your spec, not relabeled stock.
  • MOQ starts at 50 pieces; the final minimum and colorway breakdown are project-specific, with the full label package included at that minimum.
  • Samples ship carrying the actual labels and tags, not mockups.
  • Label standards carry across your whole line as it grows — set once, reused every program.

FAQ

Questions before sending a buyer brief.

What is your MOQ for private label clothing?

MOQ starts at 50 pieces, with the label and packaging scope, final minimum, and colorway breakdown confirmed in the quotation after project review.

Can you produce our labels from a logo file?

Yes — send vector artwork and we handle label production: woven or printed neck labels, care labels, hem tags and hang tags. Fine gradients need adaptation for weaving; we flag what translates at design review.

Is this relabeling of stock garments?

No. Every private label program here is cut-and-sew: the garment is built to your spec and then finished with your branding. We do not relabel stock garments or other brands' products.

What is the difference between private label and white label?

White label is a stock design sold by many brands under different names. Private label — what we do — is built to your specification and sold only by you. It costs more and takes longer, and it is the only version a brand can defend.

Do samples come with the real labels?

Yes — the sample carries your actual woven labels, tags and packing wherever the components are ready, so you approve the retail product, not an approximation of it.

Can you match care label requirements for our market?

Care and content wording differs by import market — US, UK, EU and Australia each have their own conventions. We confirm the wording set for your destination at design review.

How long does a private label order take?

The same as any custom program: samples take 10-15 working days and bulk takes 20-30 working days after approval. Delivery timing is confirmed by destination and method; label production runs in parallel.
