The product comes first

Custom garments with your branding.

Our private-label service develops the garment to an approved specification. Fit, fabric and decoration are part of the project alongside the labels and packing.

Confirm what is included

The quote should name each garment, label and packing component, including any separate cost, supplier minimum or buyer-supplied item.

Approve the physical details

Check label texture, legibility, size and placement. Confirm which components the garment sample will carry.

Set the order breakdown

Standard garment orders start at 50 pieces per style per colour, with up to four sizes. Complex products and component minimums may change the final scope.

Plan for the next style

Existing artwork can be reviewed for reuse. Different garments, size systems or markets may need changes to labels or packing.

Questions & answers

Before we make your sample

What is your MOQ for private label clothing?

MOQ starts at 50 pieces, with the label and packaging scope, final minimum, and colorway breakdown confirmed in the quotation after project review.

Can you produce our labels from a logo file?

Send the available vector artwork and intended label types. Project review should resolve manufacturability, missing copy, placement and component scope. The quotation should identify which approved items it includes and any supplier conditions that apply.

Is this relabeling of stock garments?

No. Our standard service is made-to-order full-package and cut-and-sew production: the garment is built to an approved specification and then finished with the project-scoped branding. Decorating or relabeling ready-made blanks is not our standard service.

What is the difference between private label and white label?

In our guide, white label starts from an identified finished blank, while private label is made to an approved brand specification. Price, speed, MOQ, ownership and exclusivity depend on the actual supplier, scope and written terms rather than the route name.

Can samples include the real labels?

Yes, when the approved physical components are ready for that sample. The quotation and sample record should identify which labels, tags or packing items are represented and which remain open.

Can you match care label requirements for our market?

Tell us the destination markets and provide buyer-approved care and content copy. We can flag missing fields, check placement and manufacturability, and reproduce the approved revision; the brand or importer should validate the final legal wording and market scope.

How long does a private label order take?

Simple samples typically take 10-18 working days after required inputs and scope are confirmed; complex styles or processes take longer. Bulk typically takes 20-30 working days after sample approval and deposit, with applicable component approvals and materials confirmed. Revisions, label-component readiness and delivery are project-specific clocks.
