The surface, knit and garment construction influence how the artwork reads. Sample the chosen method on the actual base before approving the bulk run.
A hoodie, T-shirt, jacket panel or patch can each need a different construction review. Heavyweight white tees are the classic puff base — the raised relief reads sharpest on smooth, dense fabric in a light colour. Send the base garment with the artwork so both are included in the quotation.

Can Jiashun make puff print, chenille and 3D embroidery clothing?
Yes. We offer puff printing, chenille and 3D puff embroidery for custom garment production. Send your artwork, garment type, placement, dimensions and quantity so we can prepare a quotation and sample plan.
Can I combine printing and embroidery on one garment?
Yes, we can develop combinations such as a printed back and an embroidered chest or chenille patch. We review the positions, fabric and finishing sequence, then confirm the combination on a garment sample.
What is the difference between puff print and 3D puff embroidery?
Puff print is ink foamed by a heat-activated blowing agent; puff embroidery is thread stitched over foam. The right choice depends on the surface, artwork, garment and budget. Pricing and care instructions are confirmed for the sampled construction.
Does puff print crack or peel in the wash?
Wash performance depends on the ink system, curing, fabric and care conditions. Review wash-tested samples for cracking, peeling and changes in height before bulk approval, and follow the care instructions agreed for that garment.
Can you puff print fine-line artwork or small text?
Expansion can close fine lines and small gaps. Send the artwork at its intended size so we can recommend adjustments, sample the effect, or use a flatter treatment for detailed areas.
Does puff work on heavyweight fleece hoodies?
Yes — it is close to the signature streetwear pairing. Denser, smoother fleece faces show the strongest dimension; deposit is tuned to the specific fabric during sampling.
What is chenille best suited for?
Large letters, mascots and chunky varsity-style marks. Chenille is usually run as a patch and appliquéd onto the garment rather than stitched directly, so fine detail is not what it is built for.
What is the MOQ for a puff print program?
MOQ is 50 pieces per style, per color.
How long does a puff sample take?
Simple samples take 10-18 working days after project details are confirmed. Pricing and delivery are confirmed after project review. Bulk production takes 20-30 working days after sample approval.
