Then refine the finish.
Start with the silhouette: body length, volume, shoulder shape and sleeve proportions. Review those decisions on a physical sample alongside the fabric and construction.
Use clear measurements and sample feedback to refine the design. The approved fit and specifications become the reference for production.

One considered result.
A wash changes more than colour. It can affect dimensions, handfeel and how decoration sits on the fabric. Printing, embroidery and applied embellishments also need to work with the garment’s construction.
We review placement, compatibility and process sequence during sampling. The combined result is assessed on the garment before moving into bulk.

Review the brief
Share your tech pack, original design or reference sample, target quantities and delivery date. We review feasibility, materials, process requirements and pricing with you.

Develop & approve
Review the physical sample for fit, fabric, construction, colour and decoration. Confirm revisions and agree the specifications before bulk production.
- 03
Cut, sew & finish
Fabric cutting and sewing take place in our own factory. The approved sample and agreed specifications guide assembly and the planned finishing sequence.
- 04
Inspect & hand over
We check every finished garment for visible defects and workmanship before packing. Any additional inspection or testing requirements are agreed for the order.
