Before the next run, we review material availability, colour consistency, quantity, pricing and the production schedule. Changes to fabric, fit or decoration may need a new sample.

What is your MOQ for small-batch clothing production?
MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style, per color.
How does the MOQ count across colors and sizes?
MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style, per color. Styles and colors are counted separately: 50 pieces in black and 50 in navy is a 100-piece order. For a standard style, 50 pieces in one color can cover up to four sizes.
Why is the unit price higher on a small batch?
Setup costs — pattern, marker, line changeover, screens — are fixed whether the run is 50 pieces or 500, so fewer pieces carry more of them. Treat the first small batch as a demand test. Larger runs spread setup costs across more pieces.
Do you work with small businesses and first-time founders?
Yes — that is most of who we work with. You do not need a tech pack to start: send reference photos, target sizing and artwork, and we build the missing specs with you before sampling.
Can small-batch orders include private labels and packaging?
Yes. Woven neck labels, size tags, hang tags, polybags and carton marks can be included in the project. Branding options, supplier minimums and costs are confirmed during review, and the agreed details are approved before bulk production.
Is sampling still needed for a small order?
Yes — especially for a small order, because there is no volume to absorb a fit or wash mistake.
How fast can a small batch be delivered?
Simple samples take 10-18 working days. Bulk takes 20-30 working days after sample approval.
Where is your factory, and can we visit?
Humen, Dongguan, Guangdong — China’s garment manufacturing hub. You are welcome to visit the 3,000 m² factory. Production updates and checkpoints are agreed before work begins.
