Can you make my own design?
Yes. We accept custom designs, original patterns, brand logos, reference photos and physical samples. Send us your design details, and our team will review the fabric, fit, artwork and production method before quotation.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ starts from 50 pieces and varies by product and customization. We confirm the final minimum after reviewing the project details.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. New styles normally use a paid sample for fit, fabric, artwork and quality review, followed by buyer approval before bulk production. Exact sample charges and arrangements are confirmed by project.
How do you quote the price?
Price depends on style, fabric, quantity, artwork, washing, trims and packing. We provide a formal quote after reviewing your design details.
How long does production take?
Sample development usually takes 10-15 working days. Bulk production usually takes 20-30 working days after sample approval. International shipping options and timing are confirmed by destination and project requirements.
Can you arrange international shipping?
Yes. Shipping cost depends on quantity, carton weight, destination, shipping method and packaging. We can estimate shipping after receiving your quantity and delivery address.
What customization processes do you support?
We support embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, puff print, vintage washing, garment dyeing, labels, tags and custom packing.
