How is the minimum order calculated for a merch drop?
MOQ is 50 pieces per style, per color. Send quantities for each style and colour; do not assume that minimum can be split across every item in a mixed drop.
What affects the cost of custom merch production?
Fabric, garment construction, quantity per style and colour, artwork size and method, labels and packing all affect the quote. Sample requirements and shipping are reviewed separately so the quotation reflects your actual project.
Can I start without a finished tech pack?
Yes. Share artwork or references, the garment types, estimated quantities and your target arrival date. We review the missing measurements, placement details and material decisions before confirming the sample plan.
What artwork files are best for custom merch?
Vector files are preferred when available. High-resolution artwork, placement mockups, Pantone references and print size notes help speed up review.
Can merch include both printing and embroidery?
Yes. Mixed decoration can be reviewed by garment type, artwork complexity, placement and sample approval needs.
Can Jiashun help with merch packing?
Yes. Folding, polybags, hang tags, labels, carton marks and export handover can be included in the production brief.
How far before an event should merch production start?
Simple samples take 10-18 working days after project details are confirmed. Bulk takes 20-30 working days after approval. Tighter schedules are assessed during design review.
Is custom production worth it for small merch runs?
MOQ is 50 pieces per style, per color. Blanks or print-on-demand usually serve one-off runs better; custom earns its cost when merch is a real product line with repeat drops.
Can we reorder the same merch later?
We can use the approved sample, artwork and label specifications as the reorder reference. Confirm current material availability, any specification changes and whether a new sample is needed before agreeing the repeat-order schedule.
