Swipe through the details →

1

Hood & neckline

Shape the hood depth, panel construction and lining. Choose a drawcord opening or a clean cord-free neckline.

2

Shoulder & body fit

Develop regular, dropped-shoulder, boxy or cropped proportions from your reference. Agree the base size and grading.

3

Artwork placement

Place a logo or graphic on the chest, back, sleeve or hood. Define its dimensions and position against garment seams.

4

Zipper & hardware

Specify the opening length, puller and hardware direction for a zip-up. Check the front alignment with the pockets and artwork.

5

Pocket construction

Choose a kangaroo pocket, split pockets or a pocket-free front. Develop the opening and depth with the body pattern.

6

Cuffs & hem

Set the rib height and opening width to finish the silhouette. Match its feel and recovery with the main fabric.

7

Labels & brand details

Add neck, size and care labels, a hem tag or hang tag. Coordinate materials, placement and approved artwork.

02 / Fabric & feel

Hoodie fabrics
& finishes.

We source fabric to your target composition, weight, hand-feel and season. French terry and brushed fleece are two options; other fabric requests are reviewed for availability and suitability before quotation.

Brushed fleece

A raised, brushed interior. Review softness, warmth and the surface for your intended decoration.

Composition & feel

Share a composition target or fabric reference. We review sourcing options for softness, stretch and the surface your artwork needs.

Weight & silhouette

Tell us the season and desired drape. Review weight together with knit density and fit on a swatch or sample; the inside finish alone does not define the weight.

Colour & finish

Bring a colour or wash reference. We review availability, decoration compatibility and shrinkage considerations before the sample is approved.

Which fabric weight fits your brief?

Choose your product, feel and wearing context. Get a starting GSM range and a fabric direction to discuss with our team.

Based on the sampling ranges in our GSM guide. No signup required. Fibre preference travels with your brief; it does not set GSM by itself.

A number is the starting point

Choose the cloth.
Then confirm the garment.

Your result includes a candidate weight range, a fabric construction to explore and what to compare in a physical sample.

GSM measures mass per area. It cannot tell you softness, warmth or quality on its own.

Questions before sending a brief

What is the MOQ for custom hoodies?

The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style, per colour. Different styles and colours are counted separately: 25 pieces in black plus 25 in another colour do not meet the standard MOQ. Complex designs may require a higher minimum, confirmed after review.

Can I mix sizes within the 50-piece MOQ?

For a standard style, 50 pieces in the same colour can cover up to four sizes. Send the required sizes and quantities for each so we can confirm the breakdown for your project.

How do I start a custom hoodie project?

Send a tech pack, reference garment or clear product photos with your quantity and customization needs. Formal quotations follow after sufficient project details are reviewed.

How long does hoodie production take?

Simple samples typically take 10-18 working days after project details are confirmed; complex styles or processes take longer. Bulk production typically takes 20-30 working days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. These are production estimates; transit time is separate and depends on the shipping plan and destination.

Is a custom hoodie sample paid?

New styles normally use a paid sample. The exact sample charge and shipping are confirmed in the project quotation.

Can you make washed or vintage hoodies?

Yes. Washed, faded, garment-dyed and vintage-style finishes are available, with the suitable route confirmed after design review.

Can I start from a reference hoodie instead of a tech pack?

Yes. Reference garments or clear photos can be used to review fit, fabric and construction direction before sampling.

Can I request changes after reviewing the sample?

Send fit, construction and artwork feedback together, noting any differences from the agreed specifications as well as new design requests. We review the next step and any cost or timing impact before proceeding. Changes to confirmed requirements may need further sample work.

What should I confirm for a repeat hoodie order?

Share the previous order reference, approved specifications and new quantities by colour and size. Fabric and trim availability, any changes, minimums and timing need review for the new order before confirmation.

Are you a cut-and-sew hoodie manufacturer?

Yes. Jiashun focuses on full-package cut-and-sew production rather than blank-only decoration.
