Questions & answers

Before we make your sample

What is the MOQ for custom outerwear?

MOQ starts at 50 pieces. The final minimum and colorway breakdown depend on the construction, insulation, materials, and customization, and are confirmed after project review.

How much does an outerwear sample cost?

Sample pricing and delivery are confirmed after project review.

How long does outerwear production take?

Simple samples typically take 10-18 working days after project details are confirmed; complex styles or processes take longer. Bulk production takes 20-30 working days after sample approval and material confirmation. Delivery timing is confirmed by destination and shipping method.

Should I choose a down jacket or a padded jacket?

Down is lighter and warmer for its weight but costs more and needs baffle construction; quilted synthetic padding is more affordable, easier to care for, and suits most streetwear briefs. We recommend a direction during design review based on your warmth target and budget.

Can you produce winter coats and puffer jackets?

Yes — padded (cotton-filled) jackets, down puffers and heavy winter coats are the core of our outerwear work, cut and filled in the same factory that runs your fleece. Warmth comes from the shell-and-fill pairing, so we quote each winter build against your target temperature and price point.

Can you make coach jackets and windbreakers with prints?

Yes — lighter outerwear carries screen print, puff print, heat transfer and embroidery well. Artwork is checked against the shell fabric before quoting so the method survives production.

Do I need a full tech pack for outerwear?

A detailed spec helps because outerwear carries lining, filling and hardware decisions, but it is not required. Send a reference garment or photos and we build the missing specs with you during design review.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods and terms are confirmed in the formal quotation and invoice for each project.
