These three decisions set the starting point for fit, feel and cost.
Shell
The outside
Choose denim, cotton twill, canvas, nylon or another reviewed shell. Name the intended drape, weight and wash direction.
Lining
The inside
Discuss an unlined, satin, mesh or quilted lining. Check the interior finish and label placement on the physical sample.
Hardware
The openings
Specify zips, snaps, buttons and pocket closures on the trim sheet. Review their finish and operation before approval.
03 / Place the artwork
Embroidery, patches & washes around the panels.
A large back piece, sleeve patch and chest mark each meet different seams and lining decisions. Send placement sizes along with the artwork.
Review embroidery, chenille, appliqué, patches or print with the shell. For washed jackets, confirm the finish and decoration sequence on the sample.

Before we make your sample
What is the MOQ for custom jackets?
The MOQ is 50 pieces per style, per color. Different styles and colors are counted separately.
How much does a jacket sample cost?
Sample pricing and delivery are confirmed after project review.
How long does jacket production take?
Simple samples take 10–18 working days after project details are confirmed. Bulk production takes 20–30 working days after sample approval and material confirmation. Delivery timing is confirmed by destination and shipping method.
Can you make denim jackets with custom washes?
Yes — stone wash, enzyme wash and vintage fade effects are developed per design. Wash outcome depends on fabric and construction, so we lock the exact tone on a sample before bulk.
Do I need a full tech pack for a jacket?
A detailed spec helps because jackets carry lining, trims and construction decisions, but it is not required. Send a reference jacket or photos and we build the missing specs with you during design review.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods and terms are confirmed in the formal quotation and invoice for each project.
Can you make varsity jackets with leather sleeves?
PU sleeves are the standard for streetwear varsity builds — they read right, cost less and handle weather better. Genuine leather is quoted case by case against the spec. Either way the letter, patch and appliqué package is confirmed on the physical sample.
How does jacket sampling differ from hoodies or tees?
More components mean more development time: shell, lining, trims, hardware and decoration each get confirmed. Simple samples take 10–18 working days after project details are confirmed. Our design review lists every choice before sampling starts so nothing is guessed.
What should I ask a jacket manufacturer before ordering?
Ask which builds the factory actually runs — a varsity with PU sleeves, a quilted coach jacket and a denim trucker are three different production setups. Jacket makers that quote without asking about hardware, lining or decoration usually re-quote later; our design review lists every component before the price is final.
