Yes — printed fabric is sourced or printed to your artwork, and pattern pieces are cut for placement. The sample proves the repeat and placement before bulk.
Boxy and relaxed patterns are the core of our shirt work — dropped shoulders, wider bodies, shorter lengths. Send a reference garment or measurement chart and we cut to it.
Look at what the factory actually cuts. Most shirt makers are set up for dress shirts — fine fabrics, slim fits — and struggle with brushed flannel, corduroy and boxy streetwear patterns. Ask for fabric swatches plus MOQ, sample cost and both lead times in writing before you commit.
