How do I start a custom denim project?
Send a tech pack, reference garment or clear product photos with your quantity and customization needs. Formal quotations follow after sufficient project details are reviewed.
How long does denim production take?
Simple samples typically take 10-18 working days after project details are confirmed; complex styles or processes take longer. Bulk production typically takes 20-30 working days after sample approval. Timing varies by project.
Which denim finishes can you produce?
Washed, faded, distressed, garment-dyed and vintage-style finishes are available, with the suitable route confirmed after design review.
Can you make denim shorts?
Yes. Denim shorts can be developed with custom fit, pockets, hardware, decoration and finishing.
Can I start from a reference jean instead of a tech pack?
Yes. A reference garment or clear photos can be used to review fit, material, construction and finishing direction before sampling.
Do you manufacture finished jeans or weave denim fabric?
Jiashun sources denim to the approved direction and manufactures finished jeans and denim garments. This is not a denim textile mill or ready-stock wholesale offer.
