With OEM, you own the design, the fit and the brand. You bring the idea — a tech pack, reference garments or a clear point of view — and it stays yours at every stage.
We develop the pattern, source the fabric and trims, sample, produce and pack the garments under your labels. This is not decorating blank stock and it is not print-on-demand: every garment starts as fabric and a pattern cut for you.

Fabric & cutting
Fabric is sourced per style — weight, composition and handfeel reviewed against the design — then marker-planned and cut on our own floor.

Print, embroidery & embellishment
Screen print, puff print, embroidery, patches and appliqué are proofed on the same sample as the garment, so artwork scale and placement are approved together. Hardware is proofed alongside it — heavy metal zippers and trims specced per style — and coordinated fabric families such as camo or all-over print are dye-lot matched across tops and bottoms.

Washes & finishing
Garment washes, dyeing and finishing are developed on real samples with tolerance notes, so bulk production stays inside the approved range.

Panels are sewn in-house by lines that run heavyweight fleece, jersey and denim every day, checked in-line against the approved sample.

From first drops to its own stores
A US streetwear label came to us for its first small runs of boxy, cropped hoodies, tees and sweats. We cut its patterns and built heavier appliqué into every new style, adding denim, flannels, jerseys and womenswear as the line grew. Today it releases new styles most weeks through its own retail stores, and every garment is still made on our floor.

What does an OEM clothing manufacturer do?
An OEM clothing manufacturer builds garments to the buyer’s own design and specification: developing patterns, sourcing fabric and trims, sampling, producing and packing under the buyer’s brand. The design, fit and labels belong to the brand; the factory provides the engineering and production.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM starts from your design: we develop the pattern and the product to your specification. ODM starts from our side: you choose from styles we have already developed and adapt them — colour, fabric, branding — to your line. OEM gives full control; ODM is faster to a first product.
What is the difference between OEM and print-on-demand?
OEM means a garment built from your pattern, fabric, and fit specification, sampled then produced in bulk under your brand. Print-on-demand means printing your artwork on pre-made stock blanks per order.
What is your MOQ for OEM production?
MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style, per color.
How does sampling work?
Send a tech pack or reference garments and photos. We develop the pattern and produce a first sample — about 10–18 working days for simple styles. Your comments drive a revised sample if needed, and the approved sample becomes the standard for bulk production.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk takes 20–30 working days after sample approval.
Will you keep our designs confidential?
Yes. We do not show or share customer designs, and we do not name the brands we produce for.
Can you add our own labels and packaging?
Yes — woven labels, hang tags, care labels, polybags and cartons are produced and applied to your specification as part of the order. Our private label service covers the full branding package.
