For US-bound orders, or for brands prioritizing fabric variety, wash and finish development, and streetwear-specific construction experience, Dongguan's manufacturing base is built for that development and iteration work. Either way, current duty rates and trade-program eligibility should be confirmed for the specific product and destination, since schedules change over time.
