Artwork as vector or 300 DPI files, a fabric spec (composition, weight, knit type) or a reference garment, flat measurements or a size chart, quantity per design and color, and a decoration placement map are the five inputs a factory needs to price an order.
Clear photos of a reference garment, notes on what changes (fabric, colors, artwork, labels), and measurements from a garment that already fits the target — either measured or shipped — cover the same ground as a tech pack.
A brief can be sent by email, WhatsApp or the contact form, with files or reference garments attached where available.
The design review checks fabric, fit, artwork and decoration method, flags anything unclear, and issues a formal quotation once sufficient project details are confirmed. Payment methods and terms are confirmed in the quotation and invoice.
